Second opinions are used when the client wants an objective assessment/evaluation by a person the client already has contact with. Common situations are

  • a recruitment process has been carried out in-house and you want to get an external neutral assessment of the candidate as part of the decision-making process.
  • the client has an internal candidate who may be suitable for a new role and wants an objective assessment as part of the decision-making process.

We offer an impartial external assessment of the individual in relation to your requirements profile. We do this through an in-depth interview with the candidate in combination with tests, usually personality tests and, if necessary, problem-solving tests. This is combined with an exhaustive test feedback to the candidate. We then provide written and oral feedback and a recommendation.
