How did you end up in consulting?

BOP is my debut in the industry. However, I have been on the other side of the table many times as a client, particularly in my previous roles at investment companies and on company boards, so I have many thoughts and views on what it takes to create real value for clients.

Three things that motivate you?

First of all, I love to understand. Being able to make the right decisions or recommendations requires a genuine understanding of the background, context and causes, which really motivates me. I am also driven by results. Actively contributing to something and seeing it create an impact is a strong driving force for me.

What do you bring to Based on People and why should customers choose you?

I strongly believe that my background as a client will contribute to Based On People's development and, above all, our ability to create value for customers. It is the mix of people at Based On People that is the great strength, and we all bring different perspectives that together create a tremendous strength.

In private - what do you do when you are not working?

Outside of work, I love all kinds of games - whether it's playing board games, piano or padel. Otherwise, my secret dream is to become a writer or an artist, it's just the talent that's missing...
