Over the years, we have built up a solid network which enables us to quickly identify relevant candidates for the specific assignment. Our main focus is on leaders and strategically important and business-related key positions.
Executive Search is a recruitment method used to identify, attract and present candidates in key positions to our clients. Most often, this method works best for leadership roles as we can work without advertising and more efficiently and accurately seek out candidates who are not looking for new work themselves. The method involves a thorough analysis of the company, the board and the specific position. We can often act as a sounding board and challenge the client in terms of candidate profile and role description.
We may advertise the position publicly in some cases, but the focus is always on seeking out the candidates most suitable for the role and those who are not actively seeking new challenges.
When can Executive Search be the most effective method?
Sometimes it is about replacing a person in a leading role where the client has tried to advertise but has not achieved the desired result. Sometimes the client does not want to signal that a person in a key position is about to be replaced, which can send the wrong signals internally or externally.
The basis of our Executive Search process is to first get a mission statement in place. This includes, among other things, a common goal for the owners and the board, a company description from an operational and strategic perspective, financial information, role description, areas of responsibility, KPIs, expected results achieved in the short and long term.
