How did you end up in consulting?

I was recruited from the world of sport where I achieved success as a coach. My interest in people, strategies and game systems attracted me to take on similar challenges in the business world. Over 20 years I have accumulated a lot of experience and skills.

Things that motivate you?

I draw inspiration from all my missions and from all the challenges I face. Today, we live in a world that is changing incredibly fast. The pace of change has never been as fast as it is now, and in the future it will never be as slow as it is now. I am good at understanding what our customers' challenges are and what opportunities we can develop together. I am motivated by being able to quickly put myself in different situations, create a quick overview of the business and then create value and make a difference - for real. After all my years as a consultant, I know that there are huge opportunities to achieve new results. My track record shows that most people can achieve much more ambitious goals than they think they can.

What do you bring to Based On People and why should customers choose you?

Based on people consists of a group of highly experienced people with a strong commitment to people and who are passionate about making a real difference. I am an incredibly committed consultant with a unique combination of competence, forward-looking approach and power to change. I bring a new dimension to Based on people where we help companies take strategy into action. Each client's situation is unique, but there are often some similarities and common denominators with other businesses. 

In private - what do you do when you are not working?

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family. I also like to be active in social settings and enjoy spending time with friends in my spare time. Every year, I am also responsible for a number of different events related to sports in some way. I love to play tennis. Never became a tennis professional but took up tennis 25 years ago and play and engage a lot in tennis and all the opportunities that exist around this noble sport. In winter I like to ski downhill. I listen to a lot of podcasts and have endless spotifylists with my favorite artists. Then I also like to follow my favorite teams IFK Göteborg and Frölunda Hockey.
