The position

This is a new role and part of group finance management reporting to the Global CFO. The role is situated in a rather complex matrix organization consisting of some 25- companies in a global context.

Tasks and Responsibility

• Head of one department within Group Finance, member of finance mgmt team, member of audit committee. Leading a team and formal interim personnel responsibility for the global financial flows department and internal audit with 2 direct reporting colleagues + 15 team members
• From an operational perspective, Initiate and lead projects that drive change, create progress, and general process improvements
• Be one of Finance's key people in setting requirements for ongoing ERP implementation (S4 Hana)
• Support in daily work, above all acting as the link between finance and other departments in order to improve collaboration and processes
• Member of various X-functional projects/initiatives
• The team is responsible for coordinating PCAOB integrated audit, finance voice in new business set-ups and flows, key stakeholder in S4 Hana implementation, implement SOX and test SOX controls and perform internal audits

Required individual and personal skills

Education

• Preferably holds a master's degree in business economics, accounting or similar

Experience

• Proven experience as Finance manager and/or similar role
• Solid Experience from global- and listed company
• Experience from managing a team of similar size and construction
• Experience from managing a team of similar size and construction
