Assessment

Leadership assessment is often used in change processes when the organization's leaders and management are particularly tested. Our most common approach starts with a situation analysis, which is done through questionnaires and supplementary interviews with the individuals in question. This is followed by a behavioral assessment using personality tests of all members of the group. Based on this information, we present written and verbal feedback on the group's strengths, development areas and opportunities/barriers for cooperation. The client also receives an action report with suggestions for development and actions based on what has emerged.
