How did you end up in consulting?

With a degree in Human Resources and several years of experience in recruitment and executive search, I will contribute to the continued success of Based on People. The fact that I am also a team player makes me fit into the company in an excellent way as cooperation and mutual respect is one of the pillars of Based on People.

Three things that motivate you?

Working together with competent colleagues, candidates and clients feels very stimulating. In the role of consultant, you have the privilege of being involved in building successful organizations and individuals, my basic attitude is that this is done through respect, responsiveness and commitment. Together we are strong!

What do you bring to Based on People and why should customers choose you?

With a broad collective competence and organizational understanding as well as knowledge of how to run qualitative recruitment processes, Based on People is a reliable partner. We build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, which allows us to coach, challenge and develop both individuals and organizations.

In private - what do you do when you are not working?

With a four-year-old and a seven-year-old, there's not much to think about, it's usually a busy time, dancing, hockey, soccer and family activities take up most of the time. When I get some time to myself, I renovate the house, garden, take care of my bees and try to squeeze in a workout or two.
