How do you and your business manage to deliver on time to so many people on December 24 every year?
It requires good planning and cooperation. We work together in the Santa's workshop. Everyone is involved and equally important. We have fun together. One of our most important KPIs is the number of laughs per hour. We also work well with our logistics partners around the world. I would also like to highlight perhaps the most important of all, our fantastic leader; Santa Claus. She is the one who makes all this possible. Mrs. Claus allows me and my elves to work independently with great confidence. She really deserves a big gold medal.

You still wear the same red suit, have a long white beard, ride a sleigh, etc. How do you keep up to date and contemporary?
Good question. It's the younger Elves in the workshop that keep us older ones "on our toes" They challenge both me and Santa every day and it's very refreshing. Then it's important to keep up with all the trends so we can make modern and fresh Christmas gifts. We like to mix old traditions, like my outfit, with high-tech gifts and a state-of-the-art Santa's workshop. Sustainability and the environment are also important. The sleigh and reindeer guarantee a 100% fossil-free delivery.

Considering the "pandemic situation", how do you fix the deliveries this year? It's not exactly possible to work from home.
An old tradition comes in handy here. We will use the old tried and tested way of delivering through the chimney. That way we can keep a safe distance. Ho ho ho..
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
