You have been an entrepreneur and run your own business since you finished school. What made you choose this path?
From the age of 16 I traveled a lot in the US. My time in the United States inspired me a lot to dare to take action and follow my dreams. When I started working as an employee in Sweden, I came to a company with great recruitment needs. Several times a week I had to "jump in" and help recruit entire teams for different types of assignments, and discovered that I was really successful in finding the right people. Then the thought arose that "I can do this myself" in my own business.
What advice do you have for other young (and older) people who want to start their own business?
My advice is to always try and never give up. If you have an idea or a dream, go for it. You can't get more than one no. It's better to develop your idea into reality than to see someone else "steal" what you want to do. Dare to take help, get a mentor you can take help and talk to.
What qualities and experiences do you have that have made you so successful?
I am extremely stubborn, fearless, I never wait to do something but it goes very quickly from a thought to an action - AND I never take no for an answer.
