Ezra, you are driven by fairness, are extremely interested in human behavior, and are passionate about meetings, relationships and business - how do you get to use these drives at Based On People?
I get to use my drives every day at Based on People by matching the right candidate to the right assignment. In my work, I initiate many new contacts and build and develop relationships. I like to move fast, I am fearless and curious and customer-oriented and it fits well in the industry we operate.
How do you see that Covid has changed the way of working in the executive search industry and how do you think it will develop over time?
It is amazing to see how quickly the search industry embraces the digital way of working. The Covid pandemic has largely changed my work for the better. It has become easier to reach potential candidates as many work from home and are more available for informal conversations about a possible next step in their career. In the future, I believe digital developments will enable faster contact making, reduced decision-making processes and thus more efficient recruitment processes.
What did we not know about you privately?
Since the age of 13, I have always had extra jobs alongside my studies and previous employment, everything from cleaning, waitressing, I have worked in the theater world as a cashier, hourly substitute at preschool and recruiter. I have a husband who is as active as I am and we have just bought a house in Hovås which currently includes a major renovation project. I have a son called Kian and am expecting my second in September. I live by the motto: Stay positive, work hard & make it happen". Happy midsummer to you all!
