That's what Anne Holopainen says and breaks into a smile when asked how she enjoys her role as Warehouse Manager at Varner Supply AB. Just over two years ago, Based On People had the great pleasure of connecting Anne and Varner, and what a match it was!

Anne has achieved a lot during her relatively short time at Varner, such as the introduction and deployment of autostore, as well as work on organizational issues and clarification of responsibilities. Anne is driven by technical issues related to logistics as well as by leadership and by developing individuals and organizations.

EgzonMemeti, pictured below with Anne, is a shining example of this. In a short time, he has taken on more and more responsibility and progressed to the role of Production Manager. Once again, Anne lights up when she talks about Egzon's development during her time at Varner and proudly says "that guy will go far".
