For 25 years, I have worked with over 400 companies and organizations, large and small, private and public, national and international, and in the world of sport and the interface between sport and business. I also have several years of experience as a marketing & sales manager and a successful career in elite sports as a coach and club director. At Based On People, I will focus on supporting management teams with strategies, goal management, structure, efficiency and follow-up.
