Earlier this fall, we kicked off Based On People'sYoung Advisory Board (YAB) consisting of Philip and Sophie Jerndahl, Olivia Campbell-Lindén, William Lindén and chairman Frida Olander. The purpose of YAB is to give the younger generation the opportunity to influence and be part of developing Based On People's future with new views, thoughts and ideas.

All companies benefit from someone coming in and daring to challenge old truths. This type of Advisory Board will energize us all and hopefully it can be the beginning of a new thinking that our industry and Based On People need.
