You were recruited into the role of Sales and Marketing Manager in a developing company. How has the journey been, did it turn out as you imagined?
It's probably difficult to say that it turned out as you imagined, when you start a new job two weeks before the pandemic broke out in earnest. We all faced completely different challenges than what we had envisioned, but at the same time there was something very positive in it. Since the role did not exist before, it was an excellent opportunity to get into the team in an active way from the start, and at the same time develop my role. But if you ask if I have achieved my expectations of an energizing journey until today, the answer is; Yes! And much more!

What do you feel you have contributed during your time at CAB Healthcare?
In the almost two years that I have been here, we have had a very fun and intense everyday life. We have delivered new functions to our customers, changed the name of both the company and the platform, worked with new market segments, hired more people to the team and built ourselves organizationally. There are a lot of different workspaces for me, so from my perspective it is probably that I have actively contributed everywhere.

How did you (Tor and Karsten) experience the collaboration with Based On People?
