An energetic breakfast seminar was held on November 7 at Artivity in central Linköping. Mattias Silfversparre shared his thoughts and experiences based on the 1,000 (!) board meetings he himself participated in as a member, chairman or CEO.

Lively discussions were held, especially around the ambiguities or lack of information that can occur in board work and the CEO assignment.
Mattias also shared concrete tips on areas of improvement and came up with suggestions for principles on board work to the 14 CEOs who participated this morning.
The next breakfast seminar will be held at the beginning of next year.
