Based On People - Our beliefs

Based On People wants to challenge traditional consulting companies in our own and related industries with new thinking and new rules. Long-term relationships are the most valuable thing we have and with the help of our network and our curiosity, we want to be the center of an ecosystem where we do not differentiate between our customers, candidates, clients, employees or partners.

All people can have multiple and different roles in the ecosystem over time, but our driving forces and characteristics are the same over time. It is people who create joy and value together, not technology, companies or organizations!

We like to challenge concepts like candidate, CV and interview. Instead, we want to talk about people with different life stories, backgrounds and circumstances, lessons learned, motivators, characteristics and encounters. A person's CV tells us about what they have done so far in their career but says little about the future. It is the way forward that we want to focus on in our assignments. That's why we like to highlight candidates from different industries in our recruitment assignments.

We want to be a little "harder" than other traditional Executive Search companies, which means that we do not give up until we have a well-developed Mission Statement. This description then forms the basis for attracting the right candidates and enabling a successful collaboration between us and the client.

We thrive on dialogues and inspire each other, learning and developing together with our network. We are generous in sharing contacts both internally and externally. Of course, we are happy to refer outsiders to others in our network when we see opportunities for an assignment or collaboration.

We strive for everyone, regardless of their role in the ecosystem, to perceive us at Based On People as innovative, curious, consultative and above all authentic.
