Together is perhaps our most important value and what we know sets us apart from many other players in our industry. We always work with at least two (often three) senior consultants in each assignment. In this way, we can support each other in the customer and candidate dialog, go in and out of the assignments depending on time and the nature of the assignment and contribute with different perspectives and knowledge.
