To capitalize on the growing market opportunities in Northern Europe, Everllence is strengthening its organization and is now looking to recruit a Sales & Project Manager to the office in Oslo. This role combines commercial responsibility, technical expertise and project management in a dynamic, international environment.

The Role

As Sales & Project Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales and play a key role in developing the marine business in Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Baltics. You will be responsible for executing project within high-speed segment. You will be responsible for executing projects order. You will also play an important role within the sales team where you will be responsible for customers in the 4 Stroke market in Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Baltics.

 Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as the preferred point of contact
  • Drive sales activities and continuously improve the sales process
  • Oversee the delivery of high-speed engine projects from contract signing to commissioning
  • Manage project schedules, budgets and risk
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders including engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing and R&D
  • Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and classification society requirements
  • Provide regular technical and commercial updates to customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead technical sales presentations and negotiate contracts for marine engine systems
  • Build and maintain close relationships with shipyards, shipowners, brokers and designers
  • Collaborate with engineering, tendering and business development teams to develop tailored customer proposals
  • Travel frequently within Northern Europe

 

Desired Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Proven experience from a similar role combining sales and project management
  • Documented experience in managing technically complex projects
  • Experience from the marine industry is highly preferred

 

Professional Skills

  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of the marine sector
  • Solid experience in sales, bid management and contract negotiations
  • Ability to manage projects, define milestones and deliver on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including at senior executive level
  • Strong negotiation skills and good understanding of contractual terms and conditions
  • Ability to analyse market trends, sales data and customer business drivers
  • Experience working in an international, matrix-driven organization
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent co-ordination, organizational and stakeholder management skills

Work Location: Oslo, Norway

Language Requirements: Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language, both written and spoken

Travel: Frequent travel within Northern Europe
